## Data protection

The agency owns its clients' data. FlyPro processes it only on the agency's instructions. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is set by role. Agencies can export or delete data. **Whose clients are they?** The agency's. FlyPro never contacts or markets to its clients.

**Can I migrate my client list?** Yes. Client lists are migrated during onboarding.
